If you care to pass it around, the best time to get us by phone is T and TH from 9-12, W from 11-2, and F 9-3. We've hired an additional person to help answer phones during those times.

I'm fairly up to date with my e-mails if people would like to contact corey@phptune.com to ask about their custom tunes."
If you haven't, try this email.

So I decided to randomly try and call this morning and what do you know first try I got an answer! She said I should see my tunes by the end of next week... let's hope that's right because I'm getting anxious!

Well after calling a few times yesterday and today (during their "hours") and not receiving an answer, I decided to just order online today.

Now I get to play the waiting game...

Keep us posted on your timeframe for everything... don't get worried if you don't see an invoice in the next couple of weeks, it took them almost 2.5 weeks to get me one and then a week or so after that to receive my programmer, now (according to what she told me on the phone this morning) they're working on my tunes and I should see them no later than the end of next week - let's hope that stays true.
What programmer/tunes did you go with?

I have the gryphon and purchased the 87 performance for now. I didn't want to order more than just the one until I purchase my gears. However, once I get my gears I'll do the 93 performance, along with the custom 87 tow and performance. I just need something to get me by till then

I'm wondering if I should install my CIA or wait until my tunes are done. I've heard people say that if you disconnect the battery and install the CIA that it shouldn't lean out because the computer will "re-learn" the new intake but I'm not too sure how I feel about that...

I installed my CAI before I ever ordered my programmer/tunes, if you're not planning on running the canned tunes on the programmer the CAI will be fine to go ahead and install. I disconnected the positive anyway just to reset my MAF since I had a ram air hood and now working with the CAI it forces more, colder, and cleaner air than it was used to originally. Though on my invoice Bill said I could run the canned 87 Tow tune with my particular mods so I've been doing that just to get by until my custom ones show up.
