So I bought some tunes, and now I just need to download them onto my edge... BUT when I open the pegasus program, it says disconnected, and I can't figure it out, I went through the quick start up guide and found nothin to help, I tried downloading it onto another computer, still disconnected and the guys at php aren't that much help since their hours are the hours I'm away from my computer, can anyone please help me out?

 

There should be an option to click to connect in the upper left corner under those tabs, maybe try that?

Well I waited like 2 months which was like a month after the estimated finish date and called them Pissed and bill was like oh they're done, you weren't told? I was like no I was not told! He's like oh sorry yea, and now I can't get it to load on my computer, pissed!
