I know php gets alot of **** for being hard to get a hold of or taking a while with tunes iv given my share of criticism as well at times but they really arent hard to get a hold of ive been able to get them almost every time i try as long as i call in the morning...they also impressed me with their willingness to put a slight tweak on my tune which is what i called about free of charge when it would have been easy to blow me off and say i need to order a new tune as long as im running things that dont require an in house tune they have my business it may take a bit but good things come to those who are patient ha i tried running without the tune but its just not even the same truck without it.
