For those of you that have an overhead console, here's a site that advertises a unit that you add to your stock wiring harness for the overhead unit. It states it links up to most bluetooth phones. Check it out:

My wife's 08 Expedition came with this installed. It works pretty good, but it does not go through the radio. I think it would have been better if it came out the stereo speakers rather than the tiny speaker built into the unit itself. Overall, though, I can't complain about it.
