Performance radiator?

I have a leak on my eom radiator and need to change it. Has anyone had any experience with performance radiators? Are they worth it will they do anything and who offers them for our trucks?

Saleen did make one but it required modifications to work. No real benefits unless you are using the truck under extreme circumstances.
