I got mine about 2 years ago. So far happy with it; meets what was promised. I did have an issue with a sudden sag..couldnt figure it out so brought it to my friend (mechanic). Took him 5 min to pull the gas strut from the driver side (sag side) it was shot. Couldnt order it anywhere.

Where can I find a new strut!!! And I also need a new rear tailgate gasket!!

 

Do they not sell those struts at autozone? Do they look like the ones that hold up the rear glass on suvs? I downloaded one of the installation manuals. The gas struts look like the ones on my tonneau. You can buy them at autozone. They sell individual and different sizes. If they dont have your size they can order it.

 

My mechanic said no they dont stock this one.
