Default PCV Valve Question

Have a 2004 Lariat 5.4L. I am ordering some parts on RockAuto and figured I'd might as well order a PCV valve too, but there are 2 options.

An F75E6A666B2A, which is black,
And a 4L2Z6A666BA, which is light blue.

Any idea which one I need to order?

Really? So they're non-serviceable?

I was told there was no PCV valve. The VCT system messes with the cam timing to create a PCV effect.

That's what I was told by the service department at the local Ford dealership

Well thanks guys, I thought for sure they were just simple twist-out ones. I guess that's why we learn something new everyday.
