Yesterday I was changing out a roasted 4x4 actuator when all 3 bolts holding the actuator broke off in the knuckle. Any help with where I can find a knuckle at a decent price would be much appreciated.

Did you try a screw/bolt remover?

If you've got to replace it, I would try to get a hold of someone installing a lift kit on the forum and buy their old one off of them. If that's not worth the hassle, looks like Tascaparts.com has them for $175 (this is for an 06):
