I searched the forum as there are numerous thrads on power windows but couldn't find anything that matches my problem. 06 screw 4x4. Passenger window is "spotty" sometimes works, sometimes doesn't, it will stop sometimes when trying to put it up or down. Sounds like wiring to me but the drivers door switch works everytime. Maybe a bad switch on the passenger side or just needs cleaned? Any ideas? Thanks

 

There was a write-up created a bit ago about cleaning the connectors off with alcohol. I have the same problem but i've been too lazy to take apart the thing and take a look at it.

I cleaned the connections on mine and it still does the same thing, I assumed the switch needs replaced

 

I had the same problem on my 05 FX4...I caught it when I was in the process of buying it and they replaced the window switch and it works like a champ!!!
