Looked at mine and it's the same, clean 3 holes but nothing there. 2005, guessing the mount is used for something our trucks didn't use.

Ask the shop why that area is so clean and the bolts attaching the shaft to the differential look untouched.

Today, I called an other dealer and send him my picture. He look that with 3 techs and he found that in the shop manual. It's look like an antivibration but it is not mounted on all models like an option.

I was gonna say, I looked at mine and I didn't see anything that looked like what's on yours. Sorry friend.
Either way, shouldn't they have put it back on?
