Default P2195 and P2197 Codes

I have a 2006 f150 4.6L V8. The engine is idle's fine sometimes and other times it almost cuts off. The truck won't go over 55 recently, it just looses power and now sometimes when I press the gas it does nothing.

I have replaced all the cops, plugs, injectors, and the EGR valve due to it making a horrible noise.

I'm getting the P2195 and P2197 codes and just not sure what else to check on it.

Look at the PCV hose, and if not that, examine all your vacuum hoses.

I have checked all the hoses, including the pcv hose. I took many of them off and visually inspected them. I can not find or hear any leaks.

after replacing the bad egr valve yesterday, it seems it runs great at lower speeds, but has trouble up hills and when going 55+mph has no power. Could low fuel pressure or fpdm cause these lean codes?

Either the MAF is reading improperly (dirty? have you cleaned it?) or, more likely...

You have unmetered air causing those codes. Use TB cleaner, liquid smoke, etc to find the air leak. I would pay special attention to the intake manifold.
