P0731 & p0732
My truck (06 F150 5.4L 4x4 4r75e) no longer has a 1st or 2nd gear. Takes 30 seconds or more to accelerate to 35, where it then shifts to 3rd and drives fine. I took it to a good mechanic here locally and he put his fancy Snap On code reader on the truck got the P0731 and P0732 codes. I don't have the spare cash to swing on a rebuild or replacement right now.
After a little looking online, I have seen some info that makes me wonder if it could be bad solenoids. It sounds like that could cause it. If yall have any experience with this, I would greatly appreciate some help. I know that at some point I need to replace/rebuild at some point (240k miles. Main seal and torque converter replaced 15k miles ago), but if I can fix this current issue, and drive normally till the next thing breaks. I watched one of FordTechMakuloco's videos on transmission work, the person lost 4th O/D. Seemed like a doable fix to me.
Advice please. Thanks in advance!

Hello.
I have a friend who had a similar problem on a 2005.
It began with a stir by starting first.
Then he lost the first gear.
The truck no longer wanted to advance in the first gear in small hills.
We replaced the valve body separator plate and the accumulator piston 1-2 and the solenoid.
It still did not work.
In the end it was a gear there is a groove or is placing a stop ring.
This ring used the throat and sectioned the gear.
