Well I finally checked all the pins on the computer and the sensor, ran the smoke test and resolved nothing. I ordered the sensor which comes with all the hoses so you have to drop the tank to put it all in. I purchased the parts from FordParts.com through the local Ford parts department. Going through the internet they charge less. I paid 229 plus tax instead of the list of 318 that they charge if you just go to the parts with out ordering it online through FordParts. Took me most of the day but installed it and all is well!!! I was getting 2.22 volts on the sensor reading and now it is 2.62 which make everything work! Thanks for all the help everyone has given. Now onto the code 33 seat belt tension-er that came up in the last week!
Thanks again for all the help.

Thanks for the update on the P0451 fix. It is comforting to see it coincides with the information in the Diagnostic Reference Chart.

Read back and you will find that it is an emission issue! The pressure in the tank is not what it is suppose to be with all the emission equipment working. I don't remember the numbers right now but mine was not off by much. The sender came with all the hoses connected in my 04 lariat. Ford wants about 350 for it but if you go to Fordparts.com you may find a Ford parts dealer that will give you a discount , mine lowered the price to 250. It was a lot but nothing else was going to fix it so that the light and code would not come back. I had to drop the tank in my truck to allow me to get to all the hose connections that came in the kit to fix it. I think the voltages were mentioned before for what they should be. I did not have a scanner that would read the voltages so I was forced to use a pin to probe the wires to get the readings. Before I changed the lines and sensor out I found the program Torque and I don't know if you had to have the paid version or not but I paid 5.00 for it to read the voltages on my phone and tablet without having to get under the car. The App showed the voltage was off and after changing the lines and sensor, it allowed me to see the difference in the voltage. I spent several months chasing down the problem, app , and trying to find the part cheaper. I gave up and went with Fordparts parts and everything has continued to work. Hope this give you some help. Good luck and stay safe.
