I was driving last month and my truck out of nowhere starts sputtering like no other and feels like it’s loosing power. Limp it home and read the code p0356 pops up read other forms about it and some videos do everything that is suggested with diagnosing the issue still didn’t help also every time I have to start it up I have to jump the battery. Make me think there an issue with the wring any know spots that are common with wire harness to get pinched?

 

P0356 isn't that a ignition primary code for cylinder 6?
The most likely cause is a loose connector or janky wiring to that cylinder.
The ignition circuit gets shut off when the key is off, so I don't see the two issues being directly related.

Plenty of posts on here about parasitic battery drain, the typical suspects are the radio and the alternator.
