I assumed you had a 5.4 3v my bad . I haven't really worked on a 4.6 . So I related the damper pulley to my engine .
Glad you found your #3 problem . Torque pro can help you a lot as it lets you view counts even if it isn't enough to set cel .
The 4.6 is a good engine .
