Default P0174 lean code. Runs poor.

I have a 2004 f150 5.4 lariat. 123k miles. I just did a full timing job, ended up running little funny and stuttering with overdrive on at about 40-50 mph. My bank 2 long term fuel trim at idle is around 15 bank 1 is 3.8 usually. 1500 rpm no load they both even out at 3.6. At 2500 no load bank 1 goes to 12 and bank 2 goes to about 18.

i have replaced the MAF, cleaned the throttle body and did the water trick around the intake manifold. I pulled the injector rail and had good spray out of all 4 injectors on bank 2. I am at a loss. Hopefully someone can help. I will attach pictures of my freeze frame.

thank you in advance.

Both banks are adding fuel . It thinks too much oxygen . That's a vacuum leak most likely . I assume your o2;s are switching . I prefer to use a diy you tube smoke test , it is so much easier to follow all the way to the gas tank .
It can be related to exhaust leaks , you can pressurize exhaust with tank type vac cleaner using soapy spray . or do a smoke test 0n exhaust .
Stuttering at that speed is a misfire indication , in over drive with engine lugging on a hill especially it shows up . Look at mode six for raw computer counts towards setting a code by cyl . Are boots new - plugs ?, dielectric grease new ,cops contacts cleaned , all connectors locking on .

I tried using a cigarette from my sister inlaw haha. Took the brake booster off and blew smoke in it. Only smoke I saw came back out into the air box. I’ll need a better scanner. This isn’t registering anything with misfires in mode 6. I haven’t replaced plugs yet or COP’s I will try another cleaning and some dielectric grease. I did put my hand over tailpipe to block it off and it did not change how the engine ran even when I held it there a bit. I thought usually they would sputter and die with all that back pressure.
