Ok, any help here please? My truck is an 05 Screw 4x4 Lariat, 5.4. Couple weeks ago it threw this dreaded p0119 code. Cleared the code and drove another hour or so until it threw again. This time it went in to safe mode though. Straight to the shop to get it fixed... Yea Right!!!! After removing the intake and replacing the cylinder head temp sensor I thought it was fixed. Made it about a week and it coded the same code again. Back to the shop and they decided to replace the sensor again. This time my mechanic also replaced the wire pigtail as this has been known to be the culprit after intake removal. Truck made it about 20 minutes and guess what P0119!!!!!!! You Gotta Be Kidding Me !!! I am afraid of the PCM being bad but I don't want to have to buy a $700.00 PCM that can't be returned if it could be something else. Any ideas???
