Outside temp way off

Default Outside temp way off
The LCD display that shows the mileage, direction and outside temp is going crazy. The mileage and the direction work, but the temperature is 50-60 degrees warmer than the actual outside temp. What can i do?

Change the sensor. It's been discussed before. About a $30 dollar part, located in front of the down bracket that the hood latch is on. Theres a pic of it if you do a search on "temp sensor".

Replace the sensor.Its in front of the radiator by the hood latch.

I replaced the sensor the other day, and all is well. Thanks for helping this neophyte out.
