Default Outside temp gauge

Truck: 2005 screw XLT.

Problem: Below my digital odometer is my outside temp gauge. It's is always wrong. Example, today's it about 103, but my truck says it 90 (I wish).

Is there anyway to recalibrate that gauge? Thanks

6 months before I sold my 2005 FX4 my temp gauge stopped working correctly. The only fix was for the dealer to replace the sensor. Sorry, i cant remember the price.

Sensor is in front of the radiator. Should be easy to replace.

About $40.00 from your local Ford parts department if my memory serves me, and less than 5 minutes to replace (this includes opening the hood to gain access to the sensor in front and below the hood release).
