So i have an 07 lariat screwcab and its the dark stone/pueblo gold color?? like the brownish green gray color. well i just wanted to see if anyone has pics or any recommendations of what to do with the grille, headlights, tailights, wheels etc. i really wanna go with an all black but not too sure with the color. so does ANYONE have any pics or advice?! much appreciated

 

I have exact truck and color combo.If you go to my album you'll see I have recon tails and third brake light, ipcw hd's, also have grill insert that I got through cabelas. I still can't figure out what kind of rims to get cause of color combo still stock. although I saw I nice set the other day on a harley edition that I think I could work with.

 

Why copy someone elses look? Be original, and pick a combo that suits you, then post the pics here. I'm sure someone would be flatered if you took their ideas and did the same to your truck, but I'd go for an original look myself. About the only thing I have that most likely thousands of other Ford trucks have is the Roush grille; but I'm looking for something else to do....maybe paint it, replace it, don't know, but I'll find something that few others have done.

One of the best "original" trucks I've seen here on these forums has been "BLACKBETTY"; he has done quite a few changes; not all high dollar either. Some with some good old fashioned knowhow, and a can or two of rattle paint. Check out his post, if that doesn't motivate you, nothing will.

There's a show this weekend at the Texas Motor Speedway this weekend. I'll attend, but I usually spend just as much time looking at the trucks in the parking lots as those in the show. It seems lately that everyone is doing the same thing to their vehicles. Gets boring. Time for some new ideas.
