Default One more muffler question

After thinking it over i think ive decided to put a flowmaster super 44 on my truck. However, the factory muffler seems huge. I used to drive an 04 dodge ram 1500 and the factory muffler was'nt nearly this big. This one is around 31" long. Will there be any problems putting the aftermarket muffler in and with it fitting properly?

Cut it in half and sell it to a farm; they can use the two halves as a horse troft!
