Default Oil help please

I need help choosing the right oil for my truck, I live in Miami where it's normally 90 F. I tow a 7000 lb boat when I go fishing, and a 3000-4000 lb trailer maybe once a week.

2007 f150 4.6L with 85000 miles on it.

Thanks in advance for your help

I have the 5.4 and have switched our Grand Marquis and the truck over to mobile one 5w-20..way back....the car has over 110,000 and the truck is sitting with 35,000 because i have a company truck. Mine is an 06 XLT super cab with the 9800 pound tow package.

Stick with what the truck is made for, 5W-20. Just get high end oil. I suggest 5W-20 Full Synthetic Royal Purple. Pricey, but worth it with all that pulling.

I have found that reliability really pays off. Stick with what you have ran from day one.
