rubber wheel on a drill is the fastest and best thing to use. you can get one at a automotive paint supply store.

invest in about an eraser wheel(or 6). just dont get em to hot.

If you use any type of degreaser/goo gone, gas, WD-40 etc......make sure you wax the area, as it will remove any protection you have put on the paint.

dido on the rubber wheel!!! its fast and won't damage your truck unless you keep it on the same spot and burn through

This is the best product to use to remove adhesive. Pure Citrus Air Freshener. Its in the garden dept at home depot.
