Default Offset?

I am looking at some rims for my 06 xlt and i am a bit confused about the offset. The stock wheels are 44mm if im not mistaken and the rims im looking at either come in 18mm or 0mm. My question is will either of them fit and does that move the wheel towrds the inside of the fender or push it out more?

Anything less than 44mm will move it outward more. Any negative number will move it WAY outward. 18mm or 0mm will fit fine, just depends on how wide a tire you run. Look at this thread: https://www.f150forum.com/f4/tire-wh...04-08-a-24510/
