The only time the lights in the bumper or grill are no use is when you are in long grass.

Thats when a higher mounted lighting system, say over the cab on a roll bar come into there own

Just my .02 Cents

If your lights dont shine over tall grass you need to lift the truck higher

Here is the pick of the light bar uninstalled. If you notice the silver circular pieces in the lower grill, those are the bolts attaching the bar to the truck. These are the best pics I have

I love your light set up! And is that the Oracle halo kit? If so do the headlights come in black?

Yes they are the Oracle colorshift Halos and I had them installed when I had my retrofit done by projectoretrofit.com. He will do any setup you want, but they aren't cheap. just the halo package was over $500 from Oracle.

Well I saw the just plain red ones on eBay for 200 for the heads and 120 for the fogs so I didn't think it'd be to bad. I don't really need the color shift I just want black headlights with red halos. But do you say it needs custom fit?

That is another good idea for mounting auxiliary lights. I think putting a roll bar in your bed would look sick! Especially since you have a regular cab flare side it'd look even better. But I believe a full roll bar kit is over 500 bucks

You would get the halos for the F150 which are made just for our headlights and you could paint your lights yourself when you have them apart to install the Halo's. I would do the red and white combo, because I use the white rings as daytime driving lights.

Oh ok. So you just put the halo ring around your stock headlights?
