odometer rollback?

When I got it the miles matched on the title but it looks like it was a Rental for. The. First 5 yrs in colorado then went to Milwaukee for auction thats when the mileage got tampered with and now its at 148000 after Being at 160000 already

You have to be careful when buying anything that ever came from or was titled in Tennessee. Dealers in that state have a bad track record of rolling back odometers, make sure you do your homework on a car before you buy it if your title doesn't match you actual miles. Just because something is illegal doesn't mean it doesn't happen lol
