just did mine in approx 20 min.bulbs were stock at local advance auto store.they are a sylvania #37

 

Sylvania #73 LL bulb is what I used today from autozone and worked perfectly. Simple job thanks to the awesome write up. Thanks everyone for the contributions to the forums. Saved me time and money. Nice to be able to see the odometer again.

 

Sylvania 2721 LL is what worked for me. The 37 and 73 looked larger. Advance Auto had the bulb in a 2 pack for $5.
