So I tore the instrument panel apart today and tried to fix the odometer. It hasn't worked in about 6mos and it was warm enough to tear it apart today. The solders look good so I unplugged the screen and plugged it in several times and the best I can get is a flickering screen. Any ideas of what to do next? thanks

 

Also just wondering if there was no "fix" is it possible to just buy a replacement lcd screen?
