There are only 5 numbers displayed on my 2007 F150 Lariat, but I am more than sure there are more than 14,000 miles on this truck. Is there a common problem with a missing digit?

 

A few things seem off: assuming it isnt 0* anywhere in US now?, no comma in 14k number, and a line “I” at the right.

See what others have to say, my only idea would be to disconnect battery, make sure it’s charged, check/clean grounds and the. redo connection and reconnect battery, see if it resets.
