Odd noise

Default Odd noise
About half the time a crank my truck, I hear what I can only describe as a computer processor on the drivers side behind the dash. Is this normal, anyone know what it is?

Has same sort of noise at certain throttle and engine load conditions. Ended up being a bad EGR, the valve inside was rattling.

Had a similar noise behind the radio at times. Was blend door actuator.
