Odb codes won’t clear
I had multiple mis fires in #5 and #6 cylinders on my 2004 fx4 5.4l. Changed plugs and coil paks all around. Had to disconnect three plugs on ecm passenger side fire wall to get to that last plug. Got everything changed put back together. When I started it back up had a transmission fault flashing on the dash, and code P0708. Transmission is in limp mode. Changed the transmission range sensor and code is still there. And still in limp mode. And now have two O2 sensors with high circuit voltage codes too. PO138, PO158

check your plugs on pcm
also check the grd on pcm . you disturbed connectors are you sure you reconnected correctly . we normally take the pcm and bracket off to get to passenger side back plugs look for damage around there on wiring . maybe it broke while you were in there.
