OD button 2005 SCrew

Need to replace the OD button on my F150. Anyone know how to get the button out of the console cover?

the whole shifter has to be replaced i believe i could be wrong

It's just a little pushbutton right next to the shifter. Has to be a replaceable part.

Didn't find anything there. Just trying to figure out how to get it out right now.

Anyone else have an idea how it comes out? I don't want to break it.
