Default o2 sensor wire question

Hello I have a 2007 f150 5.4 fx4 that's showing 0 volts for bank 1 sensor 2 o2 sensor. I have checked the wires and I do have ground and 2 12v wires. I'm thinking something got pulled on when I did the cats and I'm about to start tracing wires and have found some diagrams showing its the grey/red wire. Does anyone know which it would be on the connector at the ecm? I'm thinking it might be number 43 in the attached picture I found in this forum but not completely sure since shouldn't there be 2 signal returns? Thanks in advance.

to the ecm

Refer to page 24-5. Grey/Red is the signal return to pin 43 on connector C175T. Pin 43 is the signal return for six components originating at Splice point S141 and includes the O2 sensors
