Yes level 1 is transmission only.

 

So this thing still has me confused. Just to see how bad it was off I reset it and installed it in my wife's 08 Tahoe to compare the average mpg it says with the average mpg the Tahoe's info center says. I took it for a 64 mile trip and its pretty much saying the same has the Tahoe info center. Tahoe reads 17.6 and edge reads 17.2. And I know for a fact the Tahoe info center is pretty much dead on correct.

 

Mine cts says im getting about 18 mpg...I highly doubt it, 5.4 w/ 35s...naahh
