noise on rh side of engine

noise on rh side of engine

While the truck idles I can hear a puff,puff,puff sound coming from the rh side of engine. Any ideas what this could be? Truck runs fine,has normal ticking noise.

Mine does the same thing. its a leak in the manifold. have someone plug the exhaust pipe with a rag while it idles for a second and if it gets worse its an exhaust leak.
