Default No steering

I was parking my truck yesterday and when I turned the wheel to the right it made a clunking noise and the steering locked up. Also now when trying to use the tilt wheel It makes noise going up and down which it never did before. Also I've already replaced the intermediate steering shaft and tierods before this happened. Any help would be appreciated.

Does it sound like it's coming from inside the cab? Does the steering wheel now spin, but the tires don't turn, or it doesn't turn period?

I'd start by checking every component in the steering shaft first.

The wheel moves maybe a 1/4 in back and forth but no real movement to the wheels going on the tilt wheel noise comes from the shaft inside but the clunk It was fast and loud couldn't tell exactly where it came from. I'll check it out see if can find anything broke under there
