Default No Start- Throttle Body Noise with Video, Please Help

2005 F150 5.4L 109K miles 4x4.

No start issue, It has good spark. It ran before so I am guessing compression is good. I cleaned the throttle body, now it wont start. I didn't drop it or anything out of the ordinary. Link is to the video I am talking about. Right around 25 seconds you will hear the noise that I am guessing is the throttle body. This is the noise it makes when I press the throttle all the way down and then release. At 51 seconds it seems close to starting but still didn't fire. I replaced the fuel filter today. Comments or thoughts? Have you ever heard a throttle body make that noise? Thanks.

More ideas?
Is that a normal noise?
