no power to ac clutch relay
2004 f150 4x4 5.4 ac clutch relay isn t getting power. The relay kicks on but there is no power on the pink/blue wire to relay. I have laid in the floorboard and checked every fuse with a test light. Found one blown on an unrealated circuit and replaced it. If I apply power to the grey/black wire at the clutch relay the clutch kicks on. Any suggestions? System has a full 134a charge. Reading 100psi on high and low side. Low pressure switch has been jumped. High pressure switch has been jumped.

Update. There is no power to the 4x4 solenoid either. It appears both get power at fuse 11 which has power, has been checked repeatedly and replaced. Dvom reads around 12v with key on and almost 14v when running yet the power isnt getting where it needs to go. What am I missing?

I think fuse #32 powers the clutch relay. Maybe look at that.

I would think that Fuse 11 is the power to actuate the relay (which is working) and fuse 32 would power the pink/blue wire. Guess I'd need to look at a schematic.

R202 or diode D01.. located in the under hood fuse panel. Also has a 4X4 fuse in it.

on the 05 diagram you have a junction point between fuse 11 and relay coil s105. These clutch relays are not that heavy duty had to replace mine . Diode is only there to absorb reverse kick from heavy clutch coil when shutting off . If shorted it will blow fuse . It protects your electric system from spikes.
