No horn

No horn
04 Lariat,found that the horn doesn't sound. There is a little red light to the left of my headlight switch that blinks intermittantly as well. I have a feelong its something to do with the alram system. When I open the doors with the key fob,sometimes there will be lots of clicking noise ,untilI click the fob a few times. Is my keyless entry or alarm going out ? Thanks for any help.

Duh, never mind. I forgot the first rule of electrics,being 99% of elec. problems are bad grounds. Went and checked closer and that was the problem. As far as the little red light,I think that is a "valet" type alarm light or something.
