Thank you for the forum it is great. I bought my 2005 F150 5.4L 4wd stock setup two weeks ago and have been reading lot of the post.

I bought an Edge programer for my truck and now I just need to see if someone has the setting under level 1 to get the most MPGs. I do alot of highway driving and I can use other levels for towing and etc.

i hit the highway all the time. Its highway all to work. Its pretty much always in level one. What are you looking to know? I average 17 but i have a heavy foot and it drops quite a ways when running late lol
