Default new wheels question

hey guys, going to be getting some new wheels for the truck this christmas, and had some questions about trimming and rubbing. my goal too on the wheels is that i wanna kick the tires out just a smudge past the fenders. right now im sitting on a 3" level and a 1.5" aal, with stock 18" fx4 wheels wrapped in 35x12.5x18 trail grapplers.

i wanna go with either the XD Spys or Bombs.

Spys:
18x8.5 with a +18mm offset and 5.46 BS
18x9 with a -12mm offset and 4.53 BS

Bombs:
18x9 +0mm offset and 5 BS

was wondering if anyone with similar setup or atleast more knowledgeable than me could give me some advice on which would work best for me. and what sort of trimming id be looking at. and i am sorta leaning towards the Spys, kinda like the little splash of chrome in them.

Thanks for any help

Here is how far a 0 offset or 5" backspace wheel with stick out. These are 35x12.5 tires on them. I had to trim the wheel well, the front valence, and I had to grind off just a little bit of the fender to get rid of the rub. I can take pictures in the morning
