Yes, the Rancho ready lifts are highly recommended and a lot of people use them. They often combine it with the 9000xl shocks out back.

Here is the page from AutoAnything --To the right of the price it says "Adjustment collar must be used in stock height position when a level kit or lift spacers are installed" So you should be able to keep the spacer. I know with Bilsteins you can go 0 lift and use a spacer. Have Bilstein on mine set at 2" and it's pretty close to 1/2" lower than it was with a 2 1/2" spacer(no spacer now).

I should copy/paste that link. Send to the A&$holes at procomp because their 90 day ride guarantee is a joke! I've called them twice. They will not back the product they sell... 4drive parts swears I have 2wd part(strut) boxed wrong. I am exactly 1" front end raked, 3/4 off from just my blown 90k,OEM struts w spacer... Highly highly disappointed.
