Then I’d assume that’s the misfiring cylinder. Too little gap can be as bad or worse than too much gap.

Here is mine at 59K. It's an '04 I recently bought with 57K on it. So no idea how it was driven before I got my hands on it. Original plugs based on the plug numbers. No issues before the plug change. Just wanted to get it done and over with!! Interesting to see the difference compared to @CKsBAT Mine look more rusted than carboned. Age maybe? FWIW I ran 2 tank fulls of seafoam at 2oz per gallon before I changed my plugs. Tried to run the truck as hard as I could as well to help with the carbon.

@BigTerp That's what my plugs looked like when I removed them.
(one of them is cleaned off for no reason)
