Just did timming set. And truck is running good I do have a bad driver side manifold that sounds till warms up then ok. At idle or wot parked no noise but driving @2000rpm I'm hearing a metal grinding sound only while driving and not constant goes away when letting go of the gas ??????? Puzzled
