Hello

I've been lurking around here ever since I bought it and have picked up a lot of helpful info. Thanks

I bought this just after Christmas
2006 XLT
255,000 KM
feels solid and runs strong.

It was supposed to be my winter vehicle for my BMW (Garage queen) , but after driving the F150 I might sell the bimmer instead!

Default What do you think?

thanks to this forum I discovered Plasti Dip.

I did the grill, bumpers, emblems, and wheels this weekend.

Stu:

Good looking truck and welcome. Did you take the wheels off to spray them or did you simply peel the overspray off the tires?

I have chrome and I'm aching to ditch them, but not so keen on spending for new wheels.

I did not take them off. I just cleaned them up and then peeled the over spray off.

Nice rig! Did you take off the bumpers to spray or did you just tape?

Default No

I didn't remove the bumpers, just masked them off.

Be careful when pulling off the tape tho, otherwise you'll end up pulling the Plasti Dip off with it.
