Front is an 8.8, I think the rear depends on the engine. Gears you will have to read the axle tag to find out.

Why are you wanting to change them if you don't even know what you have? Also need a lot more info before a suggestion can be made, tire size, what you do with the truck, stuff like that.

The engine is 5.4. I've got 34x11x20 a/t. I do a little Playing around in it also pulling a trailer and from time to time a little racing

I forget what the rear size is, 9.75"? I'd say something around 4.56 or so for 34's.

I've bought from Randys Ring & Pinion before and was satisfied.

I think the front is reverse rotation but can't verify right now, I'm on my iPod otherwise I'd check.

Why are you wanting to change gears? How much city vs. highway driving do you do?

I guess you have 3.73s now. So eve3rybody here will tell you 456s. Since your barely on the highway I would agree. I got 488s on 38s. Little more than I expected. Feels like a brand new and different tranny. I had 373s quite awhile on my 38s. Only bothered me on highways goin up hills. Still figuring out mpg change.. Gears are only 3 weeks old. Pass the 500 mile break in tho
