Nerf bars
I have a 2006 FX4 Supercrew , I am looking for some feedback on nerf bars , I want to dump my chrome nerf bars and go with black .
I have 2 im mind , the org ford ones , or my #1 choice N-FAB

My truck has a 2" AS leveling kit and 33" tires that is it
I am looking for feedback from somone with the same setup
Im afraid to buy the nfab bars because I feel they will be to low and look
stupid
I had them on my chevy but it was lifted .
Let me know what you think

I saw a factory set that someone had Line-Xed and the plastic caps over it and they looked pretty sick. Thought it may go with the theme of your truck and shouldnt be too expensive either!
ive been thinkin about takin my factory side steps and coatin them in the do it yourself bed linin kits, i thought i would be pretty cool and help seal out the little bit of surface rust they have on them
My Silverado had the bars Line Xed and it looked and worked out great ,
the problem is some of those nerf bars the plastic tabs break when trying to remove the steps , But that is what ill probally do , you pretty much are better off to have them line Xed because sooner or later they will get rust spots from rocks smacking the bottom .
