Default need your help

I was wondering if anyone could assist/help me with this situation. I currently own/drive a 2004 Ford F-150 XLT Triton. For some strange reason, 2 wheel drive as geared into 4X4 low and has been stuck in 4X4 for 3 days now. Is there anything I can disconnect or remove, like a fuse of some sort, to disengage the 4X4? So I can drive in 2 wheel drive and not in 4X4. It would be very grateful and much appreciated for your assistants.

if u have electronic shift 4x4 put your selector 4x4 in 4x4 low put your transmission in neatrul with the engine running flip ur switch into 4x4 high the shift your truck into gear see if it changes
this is also in your owners manual on how to shift from 4x4 high to 4x4 low

There is a vacuum line above the passenger side camshaft cover that is used to engage the 4x4 I think. Disconnecting it might dis-engage it. I know it is used in the 4x4 system. Whether or not it will dis-engage it is something else. Worth a shot. Can always hook it back up.
