I finally got a video of it running ... Any Ideas? what to try next? TIA

 

My ears don't work great but it seems as though its louder (as you look at it from the front) left of the alternator ... it clicks pretty loud, not sure the video is doing justice. Engine shakes and is rough also on another note I've noticed the starter kinda runs longer than it should when I'm starting it ...
