Default Need rear blocks

Evened the truck and measuring it, it sits level but I would like to add an inch to the back. What's the cheapest way to do that? Any ideas on where to get the required materials?

Those prices are cheap compared to some others ive seen. I wanted to swap out my rear block and put in one 1" taller after my level kit also. Does anyone know right off hand which pin/hole size our trucks are?

You should never but a block on top of a block. Not sure if this is the plan. If so dont do it.
